Notes from JTC about this dataset:
- Information is updated on every Friday. If the scheduled update falls on a public holiday, it will be updated on the next working day.
- The caveats information is based on caveats lodged on industrial properties with the Singapore Land Authority.
- As the lodgement of caveats is voluntary, the database may not include details of transactions for which caveats are not lodged. A small number of outlier records (i.e. transactions with exceptionally high or low prices) may also be excluded as they are not a good reflection of general market prices and thus could be misleading to the public if shown.
- For single-user development, the “Type of Area”, “Area” and “Unit Transacted Price” are reflected using land area. For strata-titled development, the “Type of Area”, “Area” and “Unit Transacted Price” are reflected using strata area.
