This report lists out the top projects in Districts 9, 10 and 11 in terms of balance units that are unsold and available.
It is based on the URA developer sales data released on 15 May 2019 and excludes projects like Llyod 65, 3-Orchard-By-The-Park, The Peak@ Cairnhill II and 111 Emerald Hill that are no longer governed under the Housing Developers Act. Developers have no obligation to report sales to URA as these are sold by private treaty classified by URA as resale transactions.
