Good Class Bungalow (GCB) Transactions in March 2021

There were a total of three GCB transactions in March 2021. Of note is a $128.8 million transaction for a bungalow unit on Nassim Road resulting in a per square foot price of $4,005 for the 32,159 sq ft property.
