The tour consists of two segments.

Tour of Singapore’s Key Residential Districts
You may opt for just one of these two segments instead of both.
As this is a private tour for 1 group of participants, your privacy, and our discretion is assured. The tour can be customised according to your specific requirements in terms of timing, duration and location of interest.

City Gallery Tour at URA
This segment offers an overview of the development of Singapore’s urban environment and the planning and strategies employed by the authorities with regards to land use.

Tour of Key Residential Districts
This segment helps you to familiarise with Singapore’s urban landscape by driving you through Singapore’s key residential districts with curated stops and commentaries from vantage points in strategic locations.
Duration: 2 hours
Typical Itinerary
A typical tour lasts from 2pm to 6pm, with private transport used for the second segment. However, given that this is a private tour, the timing can be adjusted based on your requirements.

Due to current ongoing global pandemic, and the Singapore government’s health control requirements, do note of the following important points:
- Maximum of 2 participants
- Masks must be worn at all times
- Vehicle interiors will be disinfected before and after each tour

Price and Payment
Whilst the conduct of the property tour is not meant to be a profit making exercise, we need to charge a reasonable fee to cover ancillary costs and to prevent abuse and non-genuine bookings.
